Barbara Sourisseaux is a business psychologist specialized in organizational and corporate psychology. After studying at the Technical University of Darmstadt, she worked for
various companies such as the Falke Group, Porsche AG and Sirona Dental Systems GmbH in the areas of Human Resources and Organizational Development as well as Change
Management / Business Excellence.
In 2000 she was acknowledged as the "Human Resource Manager 2000" for Germany, Austria and Switzerland for the change management process at Sirona Dental Systems GmbH at the Human Capital World Conference.
Since 2003 she is offering her business psychological consulting services on a freelance basis. Barbara Sourisseaux has more than 25 years of substantial and interdisciplinary experience in the psychological consulting of individuals, teams and organizations. She is a member of the Federal Association of German Psychologists and a certified Senior Coach by the same organization.
